Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: “End of the Beginning”

While the last episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. left a bad taste in my mouth, “End of the Beginning” was actually better even though there were still some issues I find disturbing as relates to their depiction of powerful women and people with disabilities. It happened again. I expected to watch this week’s episode, “0-8-4,” and guffaw over my mixed feelings from last week. The Avengers: Age of Ultron Official Teaser

Earlier this week we saw the leaked footage, but Disney/Marvel decided to just go ahead and give us the official HD teaser. Avengers: Age of Ultron doesn’t hit theaters until 2015 so a teaser at this point is just for the goosebumps and the bottom-of-the-hill climb to massive advertising dump that happens 3-4 months before and up to the release.
